Rajkot: Three people were arrested for killing a 19-year-old young man and throwing away the body on the open gutter line near the river bank in Abdasa Taluka from Kutch Regency.
The victim was identified as Mitrajsinh Jadeja, a resident of Khirsara Village.
According to Police Kutch Kothara, the dead father Hatheesinh Jadeja has filed a complaint against Digvijaysinh Jadeja (25) and two farm workers – Divansinh Ravsikh and Antil Rajput – because of killing his son.
“On Saturday my son went to the house by saying that he would go to Digivijaysinh farms and didn’t get back late at night.
We are looking for him in the village but can’t find it.
Digvijaysinh told us that Mitrajsinh met him and left agriculture immediately after that,” Hatheesinh said in police complaints.
Then, Hatheesinh filed a complaint lost at the Kothara police station.
Within a few hours, the police were told about the corpse found on the open sewers on the banks of the Nyara river near Kothara Village.
The police, together with Hatheesinh, rushed to a place where the body was identified as a mitrajshinh.
Hatheesinh then filed a complaint against Digvijaysinh and two others because of killing his son.
The complainant told the police that the defendant had threatened to kill his son if he did not stop talking to a woman.
The police posted the defendant under various parts of the Indian criminal code including murder, criminal conspiracy, and the destruction of evidence and held the three on Saturday night.
