Hyderabad: Three people, including an e-commerce company employee, was arrested here on Monday by excise officials who believed illegal ownership, transportation and selling drugs.
Officials, acting on the tip, raided the area in Secunderabad and grabbed 1.1 kg of dried marijuana, 20 grams of hash oil, two grams of MDMA, 10 LSD blots and five grams of charas from them, assistant supervisor (enforcement) n anjireddy said in press releases.
While questioning the three revealed that they were drug addicts and started selling it to customers to get more money, he said the main drug supplier had been identified and searched to arrest them, he added.
LSD (Lisergic acid diethylamide) is sold in tablet or liquid, and is known to be one of the most powerful ‘mood-changing’ chemicals while MDMA (methylenedioxy-methamphetamine) is used as a recreational or party drug.
