New Delhi: A three-year-old girl was killed allegedly after she was attacked by a wild dog package in Moti Nagar Delhi Barat, police said on Monday.
The incident took place on Friday when the girl, Laxmi, played in the Dda park and suddenly a packet of dog attacking and biting it, they said.
The girl’s father, a gardener, worked in the park when the incident happened, they said.
“On Friday, around 2:45 a.m., we got information that a three-year-old Laxmi girl was taken dead at the hospital.
The body then shifted to the DDU hospital for autopsy.
The girl’s parents were seriously injured afterwards she was attacked by Wild dogs in the park, “said Deputy Commissioner of Police (West) Urjiva Goel.
The exact cause of death will be ascertained after an autopsy report, he said, adding that this problem was being investigated further.
