3 years after maintenance transfer, Builder provides funds to RWA

Gurgaon: More than three years after taking over the maintenance of the community, the resident of Vipul Greens Housing Society has now sighed relieved because the developer finally transferred the Flower Maintenance Security Fund (IFMS) of RS 8 Crore to Rwa.
The fund has become an old problem between the population and developers because the latter refused to transfer the same thing even after the community’s maintenance was handed over to RWA in April 2018.
The residents claimed that they often faced problems when carrying out maintenance work and improvement in the community due to lack of funds , Dheeraj Garg, Secretary General Vipul Greens Rwa, said, “Without access to resident security deposits, the condo is in the presence of hands-on-mouth.
RWA does not have funds for improvements that are needed for aging infrastructure or to carry out new initiatives.
These, citizens can now make the condo complex that they deserve to get.
“While Rwa was registered in October 2008, the builder managed the public until March 2018.
Builder had collected a deposit of maintenance guarantees at Rs 50 per SQ FT Super Area every flat, amounting to Rs 6.51 Crore , from the owner.
A total of 644 families currently live in the community.
In February 2019, Vipul Greens Rwa submitted a petition with the Tribunal National Law (NCLT) to Builder, Vipul Limited, for the IFMS fund payment.
On July 12 this year, NCLT appointed a professional resolution professional, the residents said.
“The beliefs caused by residents in RWA are the main factors in achieving successful deposits from all 644 residents,” said Amit Jindal, President Vipul Greens Rwa.
