NEW DELHI: With the Delhi Board of School Education and Baccalaurate International signed a collaboration agreement on Wednesday, 30 Delhi government schools will follow the IB curriculum from this academic year.
From them, 20 will be a special school of excellence for class IX-XII and 10 Sarvodaya Vidyalaya for nurseries to class VIII.
Registration in SSOE will be immediately started for Delhi residents and receipts will take place through a talent test.
SSOE will consist of rajkiya pratibha vidyalaya and school excellence existing, both will be deleted in the end.
Unless those who take the IB program, the school will continue for now under the secondary education council.
More than 1,000 Delhi government schools are affiliated with CBSE, while Delhi’s private schools are affiliated with IB including English schools, American Embassy Schools, Global School Amity and several others.

“DBSE has several knowledge partners working to make assessment tools.

Students who graduate from these schools will be given a shared DBSE-IB certification.
According to the Delhi government, this collaboration means more than 400 teachers in Sarvodaya Vidyalaya and 250 teachers in SSOE will be part of the professional development workshop on the increase in capacity and expertise carried out by IB.
