Lucknow: At least 30 alleged cases of dengue fever were reported in the city in the last two days.
Patients include 15 women and two children.
While 18 patients approached the SPM civil hospital, Balrampur Hospital and Lok Bandhu Hospital each received six patients.
All of these patients were tested positive for dengue fever through the card test method.
Their blood sample has been sent for the Elisa confirmation test.
The condition of all patients is stable and they recover at home.
“We have prescribed drugs for all patients and they have been sent home because they do not need hospitalization,” Senior Official at SPM Civil Hospital.
Balrampur Hospital officials and Lok Bandhu said that since the number of platelets from all patients above 85,000, they were not recognized.
CMO Dr.
Manoj Agrawal said, “The results of Elisa tests from these patients are unacceptable considering the diwali vacation.
No need to panic because the situation is controlled.
People need to take precautions to mosquito bites.”
