Vijayawada: A Panchayat village in West Godavari has been accused by animal rights groups in ordering murder of more than 300 wild dogs by giving poisons through injection.
Incidental and disturbing incidents were reported in the Lingapalem area from West Godavari District Andhra in the last few days.

A local Panchayat worker has been assigned by higher officials to kill deviant,” he told TII.
The police said they would carry out an autopsy of the carcass to ensure the cause of their deaths.
