AHMEDABAD: Close to 30,000 pupils of Gujarat University have enrolled for internet examinations, a day ahead of the deadline for enrollment comes to a conclusion. Officials expect the amount to touch 32,000 at the end of Tuesday.
The college has chosen to extend the deadline for enrollment by May 21 to May 25 because of cyclone Tauktae that ravaged parts of Saurashtra before that past week, cutting off electricity supplies in a number of places.
“So far 30,000 pupils have picked the online style of examination. We anticipate an additional 2,000-3,000 pupils to enroll on the previous day,” stated that a GU official. The varsity intends to run examinations for closing year and school-age school pupils in addition to postsecondary pupils.

The college had awarded the choice between online and peer reviewed examinations for students pursuing a variety of courses such as BA, BCom, BBA, BCA, BSc, MEd, MCom and MEd.
