NOIDA: As many as 33 private colleges in Noida were issued note from the government for supposedly violating the Right to Education (RTE) Act.
“Basic Shiksha Adhikari (BSA) has recently issued a note to 33 schools that supposedly violated the supply on the chairs reserved for youngsters belonging to economically weaker division,” said Suhas L Y, and District Magistrate of Gautam Buddha Nagar.
Congratulations!You have cast your voteLogin to see resultThe district magistrate farther said the government had received complaints which these colleges had been found misusing provisions from regulations on quotas intended for poor and backward folks and were requested to respond.
“An analysis will be initiated following their answer and below RTE children are also granted admission in those colleges,” he explained.
He said the government will even help those kids who’ve lost their parents at the pandemic to find entrance to local schools.
