BHAGALPUR: The Jawaharlal Nehru Medical College and Hospital (JLNMCH) has made a three-member committee to research how 35 oxygen cells went missing in the indoor patients’ wards of their Covid-dedicated hospital.
Sources said the functions of paramedical personnel, safety guards and attendants of patients admitted in the hospital had been below scanner.
The JLNMCH government is very likely to file an FIR using Barari police station in this regard shortly.
The issue to light following the JLNMCH direction made a list of these oxygen on Thursday and discovered 35 cylinders missing in your hospital wards.
“This is a critical matter.
A three-member stunt committee containing Covid-19 nodal officer at isolation ward in JLNMCH Dr P B Mishra, Dr Arjun Singh (mind of anaesthesia division ) and also Dr Kumar Gaurav (associate professor in psychiatry division and former medical superintendent in JLNMCH) was formed to look into the issue,” JLNMCH medical superintendent Dr Asim Kumar Das explained.
He also added that the stunt team could quiz the paramedical personnel, nurses and other people, such as the guards, and scan CCTV camera footages.
