New Delhi: In the breasts of the biggest drug in its history, Delhi’s special cells have confiscated 354kg of first grade heroin which surprised Rs 2,500 Crore in the international market.
The four main kartel members, including chemists who turn raw powder into pure heroin, have been arrested.
The network is spread in several countries with Canadian-based, Portugal and Afghanistan and many active modules in India to carry out Narco-terrorism activities in the country, police said.
The cartel, investigation has revealed, importing under the closing of legitimate items such as powder stones, gypsum powder and basil seeds, packed in materials such as gunny bags, cartons etc.

“From there, the consignment containing contrabanded goods was sent to Jawaharlal Nehru Port Trust, Mumbai.
