Mumbai: The Central Railway (CR) on Friday to tell that it will operate the infrastructure block 36 hours above and down the slow line between Thane and Diva stations from 2pm on Saturday.
Blocks will be implemented to carry out cutting and new track connections and the commissioning crossover with respect to Thane-Diva 5 and 6 lines, said the central railway line in the release, adding, “So, insertion and commissioning crossover, it turns outs, exciting the switch in connection With page renovation and changes in interrelated settings in Thana and Kalva will be carried out during the block period.
“The block will be operated on the slow line up and down from 14:00 on Saturday to 2AM on Monday, added Cr.
The release said that suburban services would not be available at Kalwa, Mumbra, Copar and Thakurli stations during the block period.
The train administration has arranged to run the bus in coordination with city authorities for the sake of passengers, the central train said.
During the block period, local slow lines will be stopped on the fast line platform in Thane, Dombivali and Diva.
