Hyderabad: A 36-year-old businessman is confused to death by people who borrow money from him in KaPapati on Sunday night.
The deceased was Abdul Sadiq, 36, a memo businessman from Ghazibanda in Kamatipura.
According to Inspector Kalapati Sudarshan, another businessman, Sadiq bin Ali Yemni from Kalapati borrowed Rs 8 lakh from the defendant as a hand loan and only returned a partial number.
“When Abdul pressed Ali to restore the number of loans, the last one called Abdul to his house in the Misri Gujathar area on Sunday night,” said Inspector.
After Abdul met Ali, they moved for some time in Misri Gunj and the closest area along with ALI colleagues after committing murder, the defendant escaped from the place and alerted by neighbors, the police rushed to the place and shifted the body to postmortem to the Osmania General Hospital ( Ogh).
Based on complaints of victim family members, a murder case was listed below the 302 IPC section.
The police reportedly took several suspects on Monday and they were interrogated.
