Surat: A 38-year-old guy died because of electrocution to a waterlogged street in Adajan on Thursday night.
His buddy also felt that an electrical jolt when they attempted to pull on Keyur Patel, who’d fell on the street out of water.
Patel was announced dead when changed to a local hospital.
The region where the incident happened comes with an underground power network of Dakshin Gujarat Vij Company Limited (DGVCL).
It’s not clear the way Patel endured electrocution.
Patel went into a buddy’s store near Bhandari Sophisticated near the Area of Gangeshwar Mahadev Temple at Adajan.
He had been riding a moped along with his two friends once the incident happened.
Patel, a dad of 2 children, conducted a bites shop.Registering a event of accidental death, authorities have begun the analysis.
“The place where the guy got electrocuted was waterlogged.
We’ll seek advice from DGVCL to learn from where and just how electrical recently leaked,” said a police officer submitted at Adajan police channel.
DGVCL officials are still to get the facts of the event.
Meanwhile, sailors in Adajan complained of a power outage for more than two hours Thursday night.
