Of these, more than 39,000 voters are 100 years or above age, showing the election commission data, exclusively accessed by TOI.
Although very small in percentage, 39,598 these voters tend to sound in the upcoming election of the upcoming Uttar Pradesh Assembly, with the Election Commission providing them special facilities, including from postal voice services, for sound.

Sultanpur and Mainpuri Regency recorded at least 48 and 61 officers respectively.
Speaking to Toi, Rakesh Tripathi, spokesman for the BJP Uttar Pradesh, said, “Although the minenarian voters are less in percentage compared to the total number of registered voters, but the voters have great experience.
They have lived under several regimes, and with their extensive experience they can often predict election results.
Also, the voters have many following in society and families who follow them to their polls.
One of these centenarians has been MLA from our party too.

Our party will help the voters to reach the closest polling booth and sound for change.
” According to ECI officials, the right arrangement will be made for senior citizens to vote in the upcoming elections.
