Nagpur: Four members of the Kadam family who operate a controversial Kadam Hospital in Arvi Taluka in Wardha are ordered in one more case submitted by the Special Committee that was used based on pre-conception and pre-Christmas (PCPNDT) diagnostic actions.
Dr.
Rekha Kadam, her husband Dr.
Neeraj, and his parents Dr.
Kumar Singh and Dr.
Shailaja have been named in the latest FIR registered at the Arvi Police Station because of several violations found by a special team during the police.
The police said the family faced many charges, including the abuse of government drugs, including drugs that expired, for their personal use.
Dr.
Neeraj, who works at the Arvi government hospital, is already behind bars.
The family has faced two fir, including one for illegal rape and abortion, others to maintain the skin of the deer.
Some 54 bones, 12 skulls and bags of blood bottles were excavated from a bio-gas factory inside the hospital earlier this month.
The study group, was an expert on PCPNDT Act, also reached Wardha on Tuesday on the command of the state government to prepare reports on episodes.
The PCPNDT committee from this district is also under the scanner after coming to one of the key members is a close relative of Dr.
Neeraj.
Sources in the police previously said that members had tried to enter the Kadam Hospital alone at night during a sustainable investigation but was stopped by the police on guard.
The family also operates hospitals with more beds than they get approval under the registration law of Bombay care.
Dr.
Rekha also practiced without registration in Maharashtra, police said.
The hospital also does not provide detailed reports to related authorities about the abortion carried out by them.
The inspection team also cannot find the right standard operating procedures for waste management and bio-waste disposal systems.
