Bengaluru: More than four teenagers Lakh in the age group 15-18 years in Karnataka was given their first dose Covaxin to 21:30 on Monday, the first day of Covid-19 vaccination opened for the age group.
Karnataka’s achievements are 65% of the 6.3 Lakh targets have been set for themselves in the day 1.
The majority of vaccination takes place at government facilities where JABS is free, official resources said.
Minister of Bukavaraj Bommai launched the drive on the plan to manage Bay Balikpapan run high school in Moodalapalya, West Bengaluru.
Keerti Kokati, the 10th grade of the girl, the first to get a stab from a targeted group of teenagers in the state, said that she was happy because she gave her a sense of security.
“I will continue to wear a mask, use the cleaners and keep physical distances,” Keerti said, radiant with joy.
22,604 of 40K children targeted to get JabbedAccording to the Department of Health and family welfare, teenagers advanced to get throbs without hesitation.
Within the limits of the Balikpapan Bay management plan, 22,604 children who thrust 40,000 are targeted.
The highest voters were seen in the Haveri district where the vaccination target of 5,000 teenagers was exceeded and 14,066 teenagers were thrusting.
District achievements are 281% of the target.

“There is a big enthusiasm among children for vaccination successfully,” he said.
In Bengaluru, several private schools began vaccination drive in their place.
In Delhi General Timor School where the drive was held in a relationship with manipal hospital, the head of the school child took the first shot.
“My message to my friends is to get vaccinations because this is the only way we can return to school and continue our normal life,” Shasshank Shenoy said, the head of a boy from the East DPS.
Manipal Hospital, who holds a drive at school says that the numbers began to increase after 4pm, after the class had more.
“There are some concerns among parents.
They raised a lot of doubts on expiration, security and efficacy.
The doctor handled them all and instilling confidence in them,” said an official from the Manipal Hospital, which added that these numbers tended to take on in the coming days.
“The parents are happy about arrangements on campus.
They believe the school is the safest place to be.
All precautions are in place,” said Manila Carvelho, Principal, East DPS.
Some parents have tried to appoint through Cowin for Jabs, hospitals in Apollo, up to 4pm, 75 teenagers get fucked with the first dose, including students walking in the same.
On manipal hospitals, 100 special children are given a vaccine.
In private hospitals, parents check the expiration date on the bottle before getting their ward vaccinated, sources said.
