Navi Mumbai: Four months after a 38-year-old man from Navi Mumbai said to die of “a heart attack that led to a car accident”, his sister claimed that he was killed by his wife.
The guilty murder case that did not amount to the murder was registered on Saturday against a 35-year-old wife who died.
The man died on May 12 after the car he fell to the container trailer in front of their vehicle.
The two couple children were in the back seat at that time.
The wife claimed that her husband was in the steering wheel when he suffered a heart attack.
Now, the sister of the dead alleged that the wife was responsible for the death of her brother.
The younger brother has now accused that the wife is in the steering wheel, not the man.
He also said that his wife had an extra marriage affair and, therefore, “accidentally crashed into the car to the trailer on the side of the man sitting”.
He claimed that the wife wanted to get the property of the dead.
The brother had stated that he suspected rotten play and, therefore, asked with his brother’s daughter who was present in the car with his six-year-old sister at an accident.
The sister from the deceased had told the FIR that the little girl said that her mother drove a car and her father fell asleep in the adjacent chair.
FIR also stated that the authorickshaw driver, where the man was taken to the hospital, was a witness for the wife who drove a car.
FIR further stated that after the man was declared dead at the hospital in Navi Mumbai, his wife called his family doctor to the hospital and a certified family doctor that the man died of a heart attack.
It also added that the wife insisted that post-mortem was not done and took custody of the husband’s body and then buried.
A police inspector from Navi Mumbai said, “We will get permission to turn the body and will look for forensic reports to verify the cause of death.” The police have carried out parts relating to the provision of false information because the deceased’s wife was accused of driving a car.
The police said that the wife was a candidate for her husband’s insurance policy worth around Rs 50 Crore.
Two nights ago, his wife accused his father sexually abusing his son.
