Prasagraj: Ghupur police on Thursday arrested four people and claimed to have compiled a murder case of a 13-year-old boy.
The police also took cash in RS 20,300, one nylon strap and cotton fabric from the possession of the killers.
The people arrested were identified as Maujilal (50), Rakesh Kumar Bind (28), Chanchal Bind (19) and Rajesh Bind (18), all residents of Sukku Ka Pura (Ghupur).
The police said the body was a 13-year-old boy who was identified when the Goal recovered in a haystack in Sukku Village Ka Pura under the Ghupur police station on June 28.
After the incident, cases under 302 and 2018 IPC were registered against unknown people.
During the investigation, the police found out that the prime accusing Mauji Lal had hired the same village Rakesh Bind and gave him Rs 50,000 because he wanted to take revenge from a member of the merges who were slaughtered.
Maujilal told the police that the grandfather of a small boy had assumed him before the entire villagers were related to the case of land disputes.
Since then, he plans to reply and give RS 50,000 to Rakesh Bind and two close colleagues to kidnap and eliminate small children.
