New Delhi: Delhi Fire Extinguisher on Saturday saved 40 private bus passengers trapped in underpasses that were flooded here after heavy rain on Saturday morning, officials said.
Passengers include women and children.
The bus went to Mathura and was stuck at the Flyover Palam underpass, officials said.

after two fire tenders pressed into service, they said.
Atul Garg, Director, Delhi Fire Services said, “Buses with onboard passengers are trapped at underpass of the flyover because of waterlogging.

People post pictures and videos from roads that are flooded on social media.
Delhi traffic police also posted tweets who told people about stretching where they were expected to witness waterlogging.
