Officials say there is a technical error in the transmission line, which requires time to be repaired.
Residents, however, accused that discom officials began to correct the error the next morning.
The community, residents show, do not have a permanent connection and power supply through a joint feeder line from Hayatpur village.
Uneven loads, they said, leading to frequent voltage fluctuations, and long blackouts.
The flat owner said they had repeatedly submitted complaints with developers and discoms, DHBVN, but were unsuccessful.
“When we told the discussion officials about power cuts on Monday night, they said they did not have enough energy and resources to overcome the problem.
Repair work began around 10 the next morning and electricity was restored two and a half hours later.
This is regardless of the fact that The discom collects fixed fees on us other than the user’s costs, “said a resident.
According to the flat owner at Razeja Navodaya, a power outage occurred for about 2-3 hours every day, pushing them very dependent on the diesel generator.
The use of generators not only has an effect on the environment, but also forces the housing community to spend RS 2-3 lakh on fuel and engine maintenance every month.

“When people work from home, uninterrupted strength is a must.
Using a set of DG for hours on stretches not only has an effect on the environment but also burns a hole in our pocket.
However, because the DG set is installed by the developer.
Equipped to take the burden of all flats, we must take a rental generator during the summer.
Of the total 666 flats, around 400 are occupied, “said Rwa members.
But there is no new blackout for community residents.
“This is a problem that we face since 2017.
The community only has a temporary connection of 11kv from a joint feeder.
This leads to fluctuations in stumbling, blackouts, and frequent voltage.
Until now, the developer has not prepared 33kv electricity infrastructure that should be.
This is the many requests from We, “said Dheeraj Sharma, Vice President of Rwa from the community.
Despite recurring efforts, developer representatives are still not available to comment.
It was told about a 17-hour blackout, Joglinder Kaushik, SDO Farrukhnagar, said, “The electricity pole is revoked on Monday.
We can fix the problem only the next morning.
