42-year-old woman was arrested for trying to kill Septuagenarian mother

Coimbatore: Saravanampatti police arrested a 42-year-old woman on Wednesday for trying to kill her Septuagenarian mother by strangling pillows.
The woman also attacked her mother with a stone, broken her legs.
The investigative officer identified the defendant as Jothiimani, a resident of Vinayagapuram in Saravanampatti.
“He was separated from his husband Sivakumar a few years ago and lived with his 75-year-old mother.” The officer said Ramathal had recently approached the Revenue Division (RDO) officer and filed a complaint against JothiMani, stating his daughter had taken its properties forcibly and after that he did not take care of him correctly.
“RDO then launched the question into this issue.
