Ranchi: Four small boys were detained on Sundays in connection with the rape of a gang of a 14-year-old girl in Ranchi earlier this week.
Survivor rape has filed a complaint at the Mandar Police Station on Friday, accusing seven sons, one of which was his friend, admitted it.
Three other accused of large amounts and raids to arrest them.
Khalari DSP Anesh Naithani, under his jurisdiction area Mandary Falls, said that three police teams, whom he went to himself had been formed to arrest the remaining perpetrators.
“We will immediately catch the trio,” he added.
Asked whether three people left were also underage children, Naithani said: “We can only ensure that once we catch them.” Those who have been detained, which include friends, are in the age group 12-14.
Some police sources said that all the defendants came from the same area and the incident could be a sightseeing case with the wrong friends.
The girl’s medical examination was done and the report was awaited.
According to the source, the incident took place on Thursday night 9 km from the Mandar police station in an isolated place.
The girl, in his complaint, said that one of the defendants, who was his friend, asked him to meet him on Thursday.
He took him to an isolated place where six other accused was present and they gave him alternately.
After the incident, his friend dropped him in one of his friends and he spent the night there.
He returned home the next morning and then on that day, he narrated his trials to his family who then went to the police.
After contact, the station was responsible for the Mandar police station, Jung Bahadur Singh, said, “We have registered a case against Section 376 of Indian Criminal Code and relevant parts of the Pocso Law.” Meanwhile, a local claimed that the girl’s father had warned him against hanging out with his friend, who was accused of, and had asked him away.
