442 more covid positive tests in Bihar in 24 hours

Patna: Covid-19 cases continued to decline in Bihar, with Daily Caseload fell from 496 on Friday to 442 on Saturday.
Of the 442 new cases, 129 reported in Patna, followed by 39 in Madhubani, 32 in the West Champaran, 27 in Saharsa, 18 each at Gopalganj and Purnia, and 17 in the West Champaran.
In addition, two patients lost their lives in the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll from Covid to 12,236.
Now, the total number of Covid cases in the state has increased to 8.27,016, which 8,11,864 has recovered, including 761 in the last 24 hours.
The country currently has 2,916 active Covid cases.
The recovery rate increased slightly from 98.13% on Friday to 98.17% on Saturday.
In addition, the input rate of the case decreased from 0.34% on Thursday to 0.32% on Friday.
Meanwhile, in the last 24 hours, 1.16,226 the covid vaccine dose was given, so the total vaccination dose became 11.39.68.268.
