Coimbatore: More than 4,600 government school students in all districts, studying in class X and XII, have not attended offline classes even though the academic year is scheduled to end soon.
The students did not report to schools after they closed after Covid-19 was broken.
Many of them came out last year.
However, their names were taken to the next academic year because the state government gave all students who quoted school activities due to pandemics.
“Only 94% of the Board exam faced by students who emerged for revised tests held last week.
There are a total of 76,945 students, who face the exam Council of Academic Year, including 41,946 class X students.
All students take revised tests, except 4,600 to 4,700 students , “said an official.
“They appeared for the revised exam.
The rest has not yet emerged since the academic year began.
The effort to track them was in vain because they could not be found.
They should leave a place to another because of the impact of Covid,” said TNN.
