Chandrapur: A 49-year-old man, who was identified as Dilip Wagh, allegedly struggled to practiced black magic in Mohadi Village (Mokasa) in Nagbhid Tehsil.
In complaints Wagh, Nagbhid police arrested one Vikas Gajbe (19) late on Monday night.
