Ahmedabad: City police officers on Sunday said that they ordered five people, who were previously booked in 58 different violations including murder, efforts to kill and riots, under organized Gujarat Law and Crime (Gujcoc).
The defendant Gaurav Chauhan, named after 22 violations including two cases of murder; Sanjay Bhadauriya, accused of 12 violations including one murder case; Barot Kronal, 29, was accused of 10 cases including murder cases; Rahul Shah, was accused of eight cases including an attempt to kill the case and Ajay Bhadauriya, accused of six cases including an attempt to kill cases, said Sector-2 JCP Gautam Parmar.
The defendant was a resident of Hathijan, Vatva, Langhnaij in Mehsana, Odhav and Khokhra.
Parmar said that five were accused, part of the gang, involved in murder, efforts to kill, Dako, threaten people and also use firearms in violations.
They also extorted money through various cyberrime and instill fear of people, he said.
Sanjay Bhadauriya Nabbed from his home while four others, nested in the central prison of Sabarmi, will be arrested by a transfer command.
