5-day police Exemption for rape Detained in Vadodara

VADODARA: A local court remanded the rape detained duo to five days of police custody Sunday.
Cops had requested for 15 days of remand to interrogate the accused and dig more proof .
“It turned out to be a pre-planned offense and therefore our focus will be to learn if anybody else is included.
Did any person shield the accused or offer them advice about the woman?” Said a police officer.
The cops will even attempt to determine when the accused Dishant Kahar and Nazeem Mirza had completed similar offense with another woman before.
“The accused had deleted their discussions with the woman.
We’ll regain them to learn if they coaxed the woman took advantage of their own plight.
It’s also feasible they might have pictures of this woman in objectionable state if they perpetrated the rape.
It’s possible they have maintained a backup of their pics,” the authorities included.
Cops stated that the accused could have ruined some signs also.
The researchers will also be questioning the accused concerning the origin from where they’d obtained the spirits.
(The victim’s identity has not been shown to guard her privacy according to Supreme court directives on cases related to sexual assault)
