Vadodara: Five people from families living in Vastrical Road were ordered under the Grabbing Land Gujarat law (ban) on Wednesday because it had an ancestral land of entrepreneurs based in Mumbai.
Entrepreneurs named Mehul Bhuva told police that Anas Patel, Aarif Patel, Iqbal Patel, Noori Patel and Rahima Patel illegally entered the disputed land measuring 40,000 square feet in Vasna Road in October 2016.

According to Bhuva complaints, one Mohammed Patel, which was associated with five accused, had transferred the disputed land according to his name through his father’s fake will.
