Jodhpur: A total of five people died and the other two suffered large injuries in a collision between trucks and cars in Jodhpur Rajasthan on Sunday night, police said.
Jodhpur DCP (East) Bhuvan Bhushan Yadav said that the incident occurred in the Daianaawas area of Jodhpur.
Injuries have been treated at the center of MDM hospital trauma in Jodhpur.
Sub-Inspector Jalam Singh said that the car that came from Jodhpur collided with a truck that came from the other side which was close to 17 miles from the Dangiawas police station area.
“Five people were killed in place, while two injuries were taken to the center of the Mathuradas Mathur Hospital trauma where the condition of the one who was injured was very important.
The truck driver escaped and searched to arrest him,” said Jalam Singh.
The trauma center in charge, Dr.
Vikas Rajpurohit said that injured treatment was ongoing.
“The two injuries are in the ICU.
One of the dangers but others are in critical condition and over the support of the ventilator,” said Dr.
