Ankara: At least five people have been killed and three people disappeared after heavy rains hit the beach northeast of the Northeast Turkish, triggering floods and landslides, officials and reports said Thursday.
Heavy rains hit the province that grew tea on Wednesday on Wednesday, swept the car and caused a number of houses to collapse.
Video images from this region also showed Mudslides destroying tea plantations.
A 75-year-old woman was found dead in the midst of the debris of her three-story house in the district of Muradiye Rize, the government managed by the government reported.
