Ludhiana: The local court has sentenced a private school guard to a five-year-old prison sentence to carry out a sexual attack on a four-year-old student.
The additional court judge Aashish Abrol also imposed a fine of RS 2000 in a prisoner, who must further serve a strict prison sentence for a month in payment of a fine.
On January 25, 2018, the police had ordered a 50-year-old guard, who came from above, under the protection section of children from sexual violations (Pocso) acting for allegedly violating children at school.
In his police complaint, the girl had mentioned that one day before the complaint, her son had told him that he had pain in his personal part.
Then, he revealed how the man was, who used to work as a guard at school, followed him to the bathroom and committed a crime.
Following complaints to the police, the guard was arrested.
Then, the police submitted Chargesheet at him in court.
The court said, “the solitary testimony of the victim is enough to set any accusation.
In the victim’s solitary testimony, confidence can be maintained.” TNN.
