Ghaziabad: A 12-year-old boy allegedly suspected a five-year-old girl who lives in the same building in Ghaziabad on Tuesday.
After the girl family filed a complaint, the police registered fir and producing a minor before the Juji Justice Board on Wednesday.
The boy has been sent to the observation house.
According to the police, the girl is a UKG student.
He and his brother used to take school money from a woman on another floor of the same building where they lived.
On Tuesday night, the sister could not go to school with family function.
When he found it alone, the 12-year-old tutor’s son was suspected sexually attacked him.
The girl came home and told her parents that she felt unwell.
He was first taken to a private hospital, who referred him to the MMG Hospital.
At the hospital, the doctor suspected that he had been sexually attacked.
When parents asked him, the girl told them to them.
They then approached the police with complaints.
The girl’s parents also accused that the boy’s family insisted that she was taken to a doctor known by them.
When they refused to do it, the boy family threatened them because of the terrible consequences, they said.
“A pine has been put forward for rape at the Vijay Nagar police station and the boy has been sent to observation houses.
In such cases, this problem is also forwarded to the Child Welfare Committee,” said Sho Yogendra Malik.
