Noida: Noida Authority launched the commercial builder plot scheme on Monday, where about 50 plots ranging from 480 square meters to 10,000 square meters offered to prepare shops, offices, hotels, cinema rooms, retail outlets, showrooms and shopping centers.
While this plot is in 48 city sectors, 24,000 square meters of land allotment for a hotel in Sector 96 is also part of the scheme, officials said.
Kumar Sanjay, OSD to Noida authority, said, “We have floated our commercial plot scheme, where about 50 plots in 48 sectors are offered for allotment through e-auction.
In this case, around 47 plots range from 480 square meters to 10,000 meters Square.
This scheme also includes a 24,000 square meter plot that can be used to establish hotels in the 96 sector and 1,980 square meters of commercial space in the proposed habitat center.
“While the plot to prepare shopping centers, showrooms, offices, cinema and hotel rooms, which ranging from 480 square meters to 5,000 square meters can be used for retail offices and outlets and they are more than 5,000 square meters for hotels and malls.
“While registration for the scheme to open until August 4, allotment will be carried out through e-auction within a week after covering the registration after supervision of the applicant,” Kumar said.
