Greater Noida: A 50-year-old woman was arrested on Tuesday for conspiring to kill her three-year-old granddaughter with her lover in Gautam Budh Nagar.
The woman has filed a complaint on December 24, that the child was lost while playing outside the house in Bibrakh, after the case listed under the IPC part 363 (kidnapping) at the Phase 2.

The woman has been ordered below Section 302 (murder), 120B (criminal conspiracy), 201 (causing loss of proof of violations), 376-AB (punishment for female rape under 12 years), 377 (unnatural violations) from IPC and parts 5 and 6 of the Pocso Law.
