Jaipur: Pocso Court in Alwar on Monday sent a 50-year-old man to a life imprisonment and imposed an Rs 20,000 penalty to rape a 14-month-old baby.
Police Alwar had submitted a load sheet in the case of almost 72 hours after rape and claimed that the belief was the result of their pursuit, which was decided in just five hearings.
A baby was raped on September 20, 2020 by Moral Khati in a village under the Around Police Station Nib in Alwar.
“The defendant took the girl in his house and raped him.
After his arrest, we submitted an accusation sheet on September 23, 2020.
We managed to get confidence in this case in just five hearings,” said Alwar SP Tejaswini Gautam.
SP said the police had made an arrest within 72 hours after rape and had submitted a sheet of fees in five days.
“To ensure faster confidence, we take all these cases in the case officer scheme,” he added.
