Based on the recommendation of the Apex Court Center Empowerment Committee (CEC), the new NPV level came into effect.
The forest has been divided into six classes (i-vi) with three very solid, solid, and open forests.
To calculate the average NPV per hectare, CEC considers the monetary value of eight types of goods and services provided by the forest.
These goods and services include wood and fuel, feed, environmental tourism, bio-prospecting, ecological services, flagship species, and carbon absorption.
In accordance with the direction of Moefcc now, the NPV will be charged as far as ten times paid normal NPV in the case of national parks and five times in the Cuduaries case.

In addition, exceptions will be permitted for village relocation from protected areas.
To put down the underground optical fiber cable, the full exception will be permitted as long as there is no logging of trees and the area falls outside the national park and holy places.
