Surat: A group of officials in Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) and authorities conducted a surprise check in Regent Textile Market and also Raghukul Market on Saturday day and gathered a nice from 55 dealers for breach of Covid guidelines.
Police arrested cloth businessmen and their workers who’d kept their stores open following the 3 pm deadline.

They discovered several stores available.
The store owners were fined in the place and permitted to go.
Around 50 people were able to escape out of the industry.
“We arrested around 55 individuals from the economies and accumulated a fine of Rs 55,000.
They were later permitted to go,” explained a police officer.
“Shop owners are advised to shut the stores at 3 pm according to principle.
However, they kept stores open after the deadline,” said a police officer.
“About 10 businessmen and team were arrested.
At times it takes some time to shut the shop however such authorities activities are painful,” said a major fabric bizman.
