S K Verma said, “In Purnia Urban, 56% of the eligible population has been vaccinated.
In the remaining parts of the district, 33-34% of beneficiaries have been inoculated.” Dr.
Verma said at least 4,123 samples were taken for a fast antigen test and RT-PCR test on Monday and only four people found positive Covid.
When asked about hospital admission, he said only three patients underwent treatment with moderate covid symptoms today.
Speaking of vaccination, he said 418 functional session sites in this district.
At present, 74 operational session sites in the district.
“The road approach towards the session site at the City Hall has been fully decorated.
Officials from the Bihar State Health Society, District Administration and Advanced City Corporation to make good arrangements at the City Hall,” he said.
