LakhiSarai / JUUI: Overall six people included five relatives of Bollywood actors at the end of Sushant Singh Rajput killed and the other four were injured in a terrible accident at the NH-333a near Pipra Village under the Lakhiarai area on Tuesday.
It was Laljit Singh (75) and family members who returned to Jatui from Patna after cremation of his wife Geeta Devi (70).
Geeta is a sister of Haryana Police Adg OP Singh.
ADG is sushant brother-in-law.
SUV, where all 10 traveled, had collided directly with trucks that were loaded with empty LPG cylinders, police said.
Truck drivers and co-drivers escape from the point immediately leave a heavy vehicle, according to the police.
The incident occurred around 6 in the morning.
The police said they had received information about the incident at 6:14 a.m.
and the six people had died in place.
Police Station Sho Sho Awadhesh Kumar said that the people who were killed were Laljit Singh (75), his two sons Amit Shekhar Singh aka Nomani Singh (52) and Ramchandra Singh (37) from Bhandra Village under the police station Khaira, Putri Laljit Baby Devi (42)) Malaypur, his nephew Daisy Devi (40) from Ratanpur under the Giddhaur police station and driver Pritam Kumar Singh (29) from Sonpeh, all in Jatui Regency.
Sho said four injured were Balmiki Singh (60) and his son Prashant Kumar aka Tonu (24) from Nawadih, Balmukund Singh (60) and his son Dilkhush Singh (23) from the Khaira police station area.
He said everything was referred to Patna for care.
“Balmiki is Amit’s father-in-law.
Balmukund is Laljit’s brother-in-law.
Daisy is his daughter,” he said.
Sho Kumar said Geeta had died in Patna in the care process.
“They all returned to Jatui after impreming it in Bans Ghat on Patna,” he said.
He said the SUV where the whole family was traveling, alarmed in such a way that two bodies included that the driver was trapped in it for more than one hour and could be extracted after moving the vehicle.
Lakhisarai SP Sushil Kumar, who also received a call from ADG after the accident, said the SUV was overloaded and eyewitnesses told the police that it was traveling at high speed.
He said NH was a single lane on the spot.
“The driver sleeps well on the wheel or he fails to control the vehicle because of high speed after it crashes into the truck,” SP said.
The body was handed over to the family member concerned after post mortem.
Laljit’s nephew Sujaan Singh has submitted FIR against an unknown truck driver in connection with death, police said.
