New Delhi: Union Health Secretary Rajesh Bhushan on Thursday said that 60.98 percent of the total Active Covid-19 cases in India came from Kerala and 43,263 cases of Covid-19 reported in the last 24 hours, more than 32,000 cases came from Kerala.
The total number of active Covid-19 cases in Kerala on September 9, 2021, stood at 2,40,037.
“The trend decreased overall a little less than 50 percent in the first wave.
We still watched the 2nd wave; it wasn’t over, the Union Health Secretary said the Press briefing.
Previously today, in total from 43,263 new Covid-19 cases and 338 deaths were reported throughout the country in the last 24 hours, notifying the Ministry of Health to this, Kerala recorded 30,196 cases and 181 deaths.
