Gurgaon: The City and State Meeting Department (DTCP) has issued a notification to private developers to build 60 flats and 40 stores in sector 5 without taking permission from the authorities and getting approved plans.
Many of these flats and shops – in the dairaw colony – have been sold and seven families have moved to their homes.
The construction section of the project was underway when the DTCP team visited the site on Wednesday.
The DTCP has now sent a notification to the developer, searching for a reply in seven days.
The District Planner District (Enforcement) Batth Hospital said they had received complaints, alleged that an illegal colony being built after dividing the soil into a small plot.
“The site was checked on Wednesday and the accusation was found correct.
The land where the project was being developed was the Gurgaon Village income plantation,” Batth said.
Tian two, complainants, insisted that the building must be destroyed immediately.
“This project has violated all the norms and has caused a big loss for the government in terms of income,” he added.
This is a violation of the third building like that until in the past few months.
Two relatives of the former Gurgaon Mla Umesh Aggarwal and the husband of the MCG Council Sheetal Bagri is among 22 people issued notice of exhibition by DTCP for allegedly building 130 flats in Sai Lane who violated the development and regulations of urban areas.
Before that, the 150 flat was built without approval in an anxiety of ansal esencia in sector 67.
Former member of the Board of Gaje Singh Kablana, husband Deputy Deputy Mayor of Pramila District Head, and 20 others were ordered for violations.
