Noida: Noida Authority has identified around 600 empty plots of various sizes throughout the city through a drone survey conducted by the National Information Center (NIC).
Authority plans to float the housing plot scheme after inspection in place and verifying the online record of the plot is carried out, which starts on Wednesday.
For this, officials have been directed to complete all the foundations in the next seven days.
Similar surveys will be made for commercial and institutional plots and those who have failed to pay Rs 40 lakh or above will have their plot plot canceled, officials said.
“NIC submitted their drone survey report, which was done with the help of geographic information systems (GIS), about 15 days ago.
A total of 600 plots have been identified, which are in the process verified.
Many of these plots are most likely, so we have to find out who What they have already had, how many plots like that, because when they have been lying empty and the reason why, “said a senior Noida official authority.
“For this, we will also check our online record and carry out the physical verification of the plot.
After we compiled a list of empty plots, the housing plot scheme will float as directed by the Maheshwari Chief Executive Officer Noida (CEO),” officially added.
The official further said the team from the authorities had been given a week to complete all the basics and compile the list.
They will also identify absent during their land examination.
“The Maheshwari CEO has given clear instructions to cancel empty plots with absent from RS 40 lakh after the verification and procedure needed,” the official said, added that similar exercises would also be carried out for commercial and institutional plots as well.
The cash authority aims to generate income as soon as a scheme for freezing housing plots, commercial and institutions launched.
