6,000 runners, Hyd Marathon shows strength

Hyderabad: Airtel Hyderabad Marathon-2021 on Sundays see more than 6,000 participants.
The annual calendar event returned after a one-year gap because of Covid-19 pandemic.
Although the number of participants fell 76% compared to the 2019 edition due to registration restrictions up to 8,000 participants this year, this event prominently this year as a record breakdown and which is even more wasteful.

The majority of 3,500 runners participated in 10K Run were marked by police commissioners Cyberabad Stephen Ravindra.
“Even though the weather is cold, it’s right for the marathon because it’s best to run to destroy it,” Anand Kumar said 56 years old.
Run begins in the road necklace with Academy Art artist Bharat Veda welcomes them with traditional Telananga folk dances.
The route to Gachibowli stadium also has DAPPU music that is famous in the state to motivate runners.
Overall, music bands, artistes and singers maintain high spirits.
The organizer explained that there was an emphasis on this year’s safety because of a pandemic.
Covid-19 negative certificate must collect bib runners.
Covid-19 norms such as social distance, minimum contacts and use of masks in the finish line are made mandatory.
“My family has participated in the marathon since 2015.
At that time, I walked with my nine months old daughter on my chest.
Now, he is six years old and accompanied me in 10k running.
The idea is to instill the importance of activities at a young age and daughter I like to see a marathon, “Sahana said, a participant.
