602 Vaccination beds at home, BMC tells HC

Mumbai: Until Wednesday, 602 people lying in bed have received Covid-19 vaccination at home from 4,715 who have registered for it, BMC told the Bombay High Court on Thursday.
A week into the bank’s introductory jab policy for bed and immovable, Advocate General Ashutosh Kumbhakoni handed Maharashtra’s policy that said it had begun with a good start.
Senior adviser Anil Sakhare for BMC said to provide a vaccine, a team of two members, consisting of doctors and nurses, visited houses registered with ambulances.
Sakhare said in Mumbai, the dose given a total of 73.36,171.
Beneficiaries face difficulties in getting a fitness certificate from a doctor who states they will lie in bed at least six months, BMC is submitted in HC.
Advocacy Dhruti Kapadia who has submitted litigation of public interests (pills) in April for door-to-door policies, where the court has gently encouraged the state through commands into action, questioning the role of NGOs that work with BMC to drive.
He said where fitness certificates were not possible, BMC could send doctors to examine the person.
He repeated the need for Helpline.
HC bench from the Chair of the Datacar Datta and Justice Judge Gires Kulkarni asked Kapadia to let the trip say, “There may be some teeth problems at the beginning of” Jab.
