New Delhi: Delhi on Tuesday reported 6,028 new Covid cases and 31 deaths, while the level of participants dropped to 10.55 percent, according to data distributed by the Ministry of Health.
Health bulletins show 9,127 patients are repatriated in a day and less than 15 percent of Covid beds in hospitals occupied.
On Monday, the capital has recorded 5,760 new Covid cases with a level of participants of 11.79 percent and 30 deaths.
The number of everyday cases in Delhi has declined after touching a record high of 28,867 on January 13.
Capital has recorded 30.6 percent participants on January 15, the highest so far in the ongoing wave of pandemic.
Delhi on Sunday reported 9,197 new Covid cases with 13.32 percent position level and 34 deaths from infection.
It only took 10 days to drop under 10,000-mark.
The capital on Saturday recorded 45 deaths due to Covid, the highest since June 5, and 11,486 cases with a 16.36 percent participant level.
On Friday, the city recorded 10,756 cases with 18.04 percent participant and 38 deaths.
As many as 574 people surrendered to Covid in the National Capital so far in January.
However, Health Minister Satyendar Jain and officials have stated that most patients have comorbidity, such as cancer, liver disease or kidneys, and Covid is not the main reason for death this time.
