Ahmedabad: When Ahmedabad Municipal Corporation (AMC), convincing HC on Friday that the road and the building department will ensure that no newly placed or abundant roads will be explored by the opening of the road (RO) or the utility service institution must have peered into his own notes .

But how much AMC pays road repairs if the utility company does a bad job, and this also allows road contractors from the disabled accountability period to stretch certain roads? “This is AMC and not a road contractor, which ultimately pays against road repairs if the utility company does a poor road repair work after digging,” claimed AMC senior official.
To provide a perspective, AMC will spend at Rs 1.385 per square meter to fill a 75mm minimum hole.
This year AMC has coughed around RS 176 Crore for road repairs and fixes 25,623 holes, where 4,333 holes are in the western part of the city.
