Hyderabad: MAOIS aged 65 years from Kothagudem District Bhadradri, who has been underground cadres from clothing banned for 38 years, surrendered in front of Police Commissioner Khammam on Friday.
E Seetharam Reddy alias Naganna is a member of the Division Committee of the East Division Malkangiri, the Special Zonal Committee of the Andhra Odisha (AOBSZC) border.

In 1981, Reddy joined Bhadrachalam Bhadrachalam in and in 1982 he was promoted as a commander in to work with Shabari, Venkatapuram and Rampachaodavaram in the inside.
In April 1985, he was arrested by the police and nested in Rajahmundry’s Central Dity until 1987.
After leaving the prison, Reddy returned to his village and took the farm.
In 1992, he again joined the People’s War group and worked in Ranganna in the Malkangiri until 1999.
In 2002, he moved to the East AOB Area Committee and in 2008 he became a member of the Division Committee.
Due to poor health, starting in 2018, he has lived with the Maoist party sympathizers in the AOB area and on Friday surrendered before Commissioner Khammam.
The state government will submit RS5 Lakh to rehabilitation and RS10,000 for direct costs, the commissioner said.
