The proposal for the same thing will be placed before the GDA board scheduled to meet on August 26, officials said.
The existing floor area ratio (far) as long as this stretch is 1.5 but after the zone declaration, it might rise to five.

“Along the RRT corridor in Guldhar, we have identified 450 hectares of land and 200 hectares in Duhai, which will be developed as Sada,” said Asheesh Shivpuri, head of the city architect and planner GDA.
“Once the proposal is cleared by the GDA Board, a zone plan of an identified area will be prepared, followed by the layout plan.” “One of the main benefits of Sada will increase by up to a maximum of 5 of the 1.5 available.
Remote increases will help generate revenue on RS 500 Crore songs, which will be used to fulfill the parts of the government costs that are owed to the National Corporation Transport Region (NCRTC) that carries out the project, “he added.
Apart from this, there are plans to develop ‘influence zones’ along all RRT stations that fall in Ghaziabad’s jurisdiction.
“The influence zone will stretch up to 1.5 km on both sides of the Eight RRT station in Ghaziabad.
Areas around the RRTS station have been developed but this will be obtained from RRTS and therefore we will begin changes in land use to attract investment to meet costs,” Shivpuri said .
Eight RRT stations that fall in Ghaziabad are Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, Guldhar, Duhai, Muradnagar, South Modinagar and North Modinagar.
Meanwhile, NCRTC has started a track of track in the priority section of 17 km from the RRTs corridor from Sahibabad to Duhai.
