Thane: 7-ft Male Marsh crocodile was seen in Suraj Water Park in Thane on Thursday morning, and was saved safely by the Activist Resqink Association for Wildlife Welfare (RAWW).
The crocodile was taken to the Sanjay Gandhi National Park for examination, and stated ‘suitable for release’ to the wild.
“Our members rushed to the place to save Croc carefully.
Narendra Forest Officer Narendra Mutthe was also present to help in rescue,” said Pawan Sharma from the Resqink Association for welfare welfare.
